The cost depends on what needs to be cleaned and how long it will take. We can design a personal cleaning program tailored to your wishes and style that suits your needs and budget.  Estimates are easily provided over the phone, once details are provided.

We request that cancelling and/or rescheduling takes place two day business days in advance of the scheduled cleaning. Clients are charged a $50 for same day cancellations.

The same team will always perform the cleaning.  This allows cleaners to become familiar with you and your needs, which makes everyone more comfortable in the long run.

First, please inform us of all your wants and needs. Please also leave instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. It is also appreciated if you would pick up toys, clothes, or other household items.

We provide all the (eco-friendly) cleaning supplies for the first cleaning.  We ask the client to provide the cleaning products for regularly-scheduled maintenance cleaning.  If a client is unsure of which products would best meet their needs or doesn’t have the time to buy them, we would be happy to either discuss what’s needed or to simply provide everything, for a fee.  

We bring all of the equipment that will be needed, such as a vacuum, mop, rags, buckets, broom, etc.  We have invested in the highest quality equipment, which ensures that our cleaners provide the best possible service.  

Sparkling Clean is a cooperative run by women living in Bay Area; the owners are managers or cleaners in the business.

Our teams never expect gratuities but would be very happy to receive them.
